Al di Là del Mare

prima collettiva di Non Pittura Slovena a cura di Giacomo Oliva

Chiudere in crescendo: con tre artisti sloveni si conclude la Prima Quadriennale Internazionale di Non Pittura.
Abbiamo deciso di accostare tecniche molto diverse come il collage, l’acrilico su tela e le incisioni trovando un filo conduttore comune ed identitario nei messaggi, nel sentire e nell’operare di tre artisti decisamente fuori dagli schemi: sopra a tutto e sotto a tutto il mare come elemento e origine comune: il mare che dividiamo con i fratelli delle altre sponde, un mare che unisce o divide a seconda del punto di vista.

Nelle incisioni di Pecar vediamo un mare esangue, anemico, perdersi piatto all’orizzonte:

il sole, anche quando presente non risplende mai. Si ha l’impressione di una sospensione temporale che fotografa l’istante in cui brutali parallelepipedi di cemento o pietra, presumibilmente creati da mani umane, lacerano la superficie liquida e immota delle acque. Un’intrusione che fa sanguinare la pietra stessa che la effettua, forse per la presa di coscienza del proprio gesto.

Con Tadej Razingar e le sue due tele approdiamo alla piena realizzazione della Non Pittura come forma espressiva che ibrida linguaggi e tecniche:

acrilici dati a spatola e pennello, stencil, applicazioni materiche attraverso cui le figure, con uno slancio altetico, si librano. Una donna piange in ginocchio in riva al fiume, con le mani si copre gli occhi, la vita si allontana da lei sotto forma di un’onda multicolore.

Chiudiamo il testo di presentazione parlando di Janes Zoo-jojo Trese-rt, che è un poeta ed un artista visivo dalla biografia ed identità segreta.

Nei suoi collage troviamo sempre una frase principale che dà il titolo al lavoro, in “Beating around the bush”, menare il can per l’aia, un flusso di cut up visivo mette insieme marchi di multinazionali, vignette satiriche prese da riviste popolari
mettono in discussione l’ordine esistente, il valore del denaro, la morale dei tempi. E’ menando il can per l’aia che si arriva al crollo morale mondiale. In questo caso il mare è rappresentato simbolicamente come flusso caotico di parole, frasi spezzate, monconi linguistici che si fondono a scontrini e ricevute bancarie.

With these words Perugia’s prefect (italian territorial authority managing police forces) Antonio Reppucci came out on the news of two days ago: a mix of italiotic world-known bad taste, art of mirror climbing, and blockhead’s buck passing. We all see that an institution dedicated to and financed for the perpetuation of the prohibition regime, the Prefettura of Perugia (the city tha has the reputation to be the Italian “capital” for drug market), has totally failed it’s institutional goals, so is trying desperately to find an alibi to it’s professional unability, by passing the responsability of drug abuse on the abuser’s family.

If a teenager doesn’t talks to his/her family, if he or she is hiding some behaviors form the parents, it’s because the adolescent feels the weight of the stigma, fears familiar judgements, punishments or sanctions, so will act secretely.

It’s prohibition that failed because generates a culture of the hidden, of the secret behavior, of the subterfuge and creates barriers to confidence and familiar communication.

It’s prohibition that failed because it’s generating a black market of millions of €uros that is actually financing mafious-criminal activities and carreers worldwide.

It’s prohibition that failed because after more than sixty years of prosecution, illegal drug market has costantly increased it’s budget, the quantity and the typology og goods distributed, despite the money tha nations are spending for repressing the phenomena (investigating, arresting, judging and making executive sentences has it’s costs, money are financing the repressors, the only ones that still are arguing about the necessity of prohibition).

It’s prohibition that failed if in the italian jails about the 40% of the prisoners are serving a sentence coming from the war on drug laws.

For all this we think that would be more right to reshoot the invitation to suicide sended by Perugia’s prefect to the persons in direct charge of this hellish situation:
the actual Italian minister Carlo Giovanardi (yes, the one that states that “Marijuana makes holes in the brain”) who wrote a drug law recently declared incostitutional by tha Constitutional Commission, to Giovanni Serpelloni the ex-zar of the italian antidrug agency (yes the funny guy that when he started his mission in the nineties declared that in five years he would lead the world’s drug market to zero offer), not to make them feeling alone, we also invite to follow them by the main man, the genius that invited junkie’s mothers to commit suicide.
A little, little man, an acrimonious official that to hide his total unability to carry out the task for which he is payed for, is inviting to commit sucide the guilty mothers that did not understand that the son or daughter is taking illegal drugs (moreover, think about the poor husband: becoming widow with a junkie in the house, also for him there’s nothing left but sicide, or, maybe… DRUGS!

A parte l’italiano incerto, l’uscita del prefetto di Perugia che invita al suicidio le madri di ragazzi che fanno uso di droghe non ha bisogno di grossi commenti: un misto di cattivo gusto, di arrampicamento sugli specchi, di scaricabarile italiota. Vediamo un’istituzione deputata al mantenimento del regime proibizionista, la prefettura (che dirige localmente l’apparato repressivo), fallire palesemente la propria mission (Perugia E’ la capitale italiana della droga), provando a scaricare sulle famiglie il peso dei propri fallimenti.

Se un adolescente non parla in famiglia, se nasconde ai genitori i suoi comportamenti è perchè sente il peso della stigmatizzazione, ha paura di punizioni o sanzioni, per cui agisce di nascosto.
E’ il proibizionismo che ha fallito perchè genera una cultura del nascosto, del segreto, del sotterfugio e creando barriere alla comunicazione in famiglia.

E’ il proibizionismo che ha fallito, perchè genera un mercato nero che crea un indotto di milioni di euro che vanno a finanziare attività e carriere mafioso-criminali.

E’ il proibizionismo che ha fallito perchè dopo 60 anni di persecuzione, il mercato della droga è da sempre in crescita, sia come tipologia di merci che come fatturato, nonostante i soldi che la nazioni spendono annualmente per la repressione del fenomeno (indagare, arrestare processare e rendere esecutive le condanne per droga ha un costo, soldi che vanno a ingrassare le fila dei repressori, gli unici che sostengono ancora che proibire è giusto).

E’ il proibizionismo che ha fallito nelle carceri italiane in cui circa il 40% dei detenuti sta scontando condanne derivate dalla legge sulle droghe.

Per questo riteniamo molto più giusto rigirare l’invito al suicidio inviato dal prefetto di Perugia ai responsabili diretti di questa situazione da incubo: al ministro Carlo Giovanardi, autore di una delle leggi sulla droga più discriminatorie (e inefficaci, visto che il fenomeno cresce in barba ai divieti) che esistano al mondo, allo Zar dell’agenzia antidroga Serpelloni, e a se stesso, Antonio Reppucci, l’astioso funzionario, un ometto piccolo piccolo, che per nascondere la propria incapacità ad assolvere il compito per cui è pagato invita al suicidio le madri ree di non aver capito che il figlio si droga (perdipiù pensate al povero marito: vedovo e con il figlio tossico, anche a lui non rimarrà che il suicidio o forse… LA DROGA)

The german Green Party leader Claudia Roth yesterday evening was victim of a tear gas attack in Istanbul.
The politician arrived in Istanbul yesterday evening around 7 p.m. with a group of her party, to have direct information about the turkish situation.
Claudia Roth went from her hotel to Taksim square, a calm evening with a joyful atmosphere.
All in a sudden, during a concert, from three different areas of the square teargas appears: the green party delegates try to find shelter in Hilton Hotel. In the hotel’s hall is total chaos: tourists with helmets and panicking protesters are filling the hall.
The group tryes to go back to his hotel but the area is soaked by tear gas, passing in front of Hotel Divan, where there are som Ataturk flags waving, the green delegates are taken inside by the hotel personnel.
They are led in the building’s basement, in the dance salon a camp infirmary is set for those who are in worst conditions.
After a while Police breaks in the hotel, shooting teargas inside the building, everybody runs out of the basement, the german ecologist find a way to get back to their hotel.

Il leader del Partito Verde Claudia Roth ieri sera è stata vittima di attacchi a base di gas lacrimogeni a Istanbul.
La politica tedesca, era arrivata ad Istanbul intorno alle 19 con una delegazione del suo partito per informarsi direttamente sulla situazione in Turchia
Claudia Roth si è diretta dall’hotel a piazza Taksim, una serata trasnquilla, un’atmosfera festosa.
Senza preavviso durante un concerto, arrivano tre raffiche di lacrimogeni su tre punti diversi della piazza, la delegazione dei verdi tedeschi cerca riparo nell’Hotel Hilton, il cui atrio
è nel caos più totale: turisti in assetto antisommossa si mischiano a manifestanti in cerca di rifugio, non c’è spazio.
Il gruppo cerca di tornare al proprio hotel, tutta l’area è immersa in una nube di gas lacrimogeni,
arrivati all’ Hotel Divan, di fronte al quale sventolano bandiere con il volto di Ataturk, i verdi vengono soccorsi dal personale dell’hotel che li nasconde con altre persone
nel seminterrato del palazzo, mentre nella sala da ballo è stata approntata un’infermeria per chi è in condizioni peggiori.
La polizia ha fatto irruzione nell’hotel, sparando lacrimogeni all’interno dell’edificio che hanno costretto tutti ad uscire dal seminterrato. La delegazione ha poi proseguito la propria fuga verso l’albergo.

Yesterday until the morning 6 o’clock clash was continuing between protesters and police.
Erdoğan made a meeting yesterday in Ankara-Sincan. There were less than 30.000 people in the meeting. He was very negative, provoking. He mentioned the protesters as TERORİST.
He said They are getting in to mosques with shoes, they fuck in tents in Gezi Park, they shit and pee on the streets. These people are very ugly, over control and they don’t respect to our RELİGİON. And than he called to Gezi Park. “Tommorow I have a meeting in Istanbul or you leave Gezi Park or I know how to remove you from the Park!”
On 15th 20:30 pm(yesterday) police started violence. Riot police throws the tear gas even to the hospitals! Thousands of people injured. The water tanks has acid inside and many people are burned ! President of the Public does not speak or any other responsibles still did not explain anything.
Yesterday I was with thousands of people who were walking from asian side to the Bosphorus Bridge. Anyway police interrupt and some went to clash. I was with my mum and we walk back with another little group.
Some friends of me were in Taksim without any protection tools like mask, helmet or underwater glasses to protect their heads and eyes. Police is just arresting the people on the streets only if they have one of these tools in their bags. The bar association(body of lawyers) are in prosecution for different kind of cases. Lawyers are under pressure because they are defending the arrested protesters. By now there are 261 people arrested but it was way more than this amount. Thanks to the lawyers they really worked a lot to take people out.
The injured people were take in(refugee) Hyatt Hotel but they delivered the people directly to the police. Divan Hotel near Gezi Park, many injured inside and doctors are trying to help with limited tools. Police collected all the protection tools like masks and helmets from the injured people and threw the tear gas inside the hotel to the injured people.
Very famous and reliable reporter saw that police were throwing tear gasses to the mother and the children. He wrote that he was hearing the children crying like hell !
The media,until the morning Mainstream media denied to broadcast what is happening in Turkey !
I don’t know what to do I really want to do more than protest. I want Erdoğan and the goverment to be judged! He is attempted murder and he gives order to murder to the governor and the rest of the goverment. They all obey him. He is a dictator !
